Jeronimo Hirschfeld, Chairman and CEO of One Real Estate Investment, today announced the purchase of a 2016 multifamily apartment property in North Carolina, “Plantation at Fayetteville” located at 3050 Plantation Garden Way, Fayetteville, NC 28303. The sale price was $39.8 million.

The 425,880 square foot property features 360 units conveniently located within 5 miles of Fort Bragg, the largest military installation in the US with more than 50,000 active personnel. Plantation at Fayetteville is also located near Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and offers convenient access to the All American Freeway.

“This acquisition is in line with our strategic plan for growth to acquire 30,000 units in the next three to five years of high yielding assets with strong potential for appreciation,” Hirschfeld said.

In February, the company purchased a multifamily apartment property in Atlanta, Georgia for $34.9 million.
