Nails So Dep leased 1,953 square feet at 469 N. US Hwy 52 in Moncks Corner, SC. Mark Erickson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. This will be their 4th location opened in the low country.

Biohabitats, Inc. leased 1,658 square feet in The Commons at 217 Lucas Street, Suite B, in Mount Pleasant, SC. Matthew Pickard handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
