Federal Capital Partners® (FCP) and Strategic Capital Partners (SCP) have signed a 41,175 square foot lease with SolarWinds, a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software, at Forty540 in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park (RTP) area. The company will occupy the top floor of the five-story, 200,000 square foot office building at 3030 Slater Road at the intersection of I40 and I540 in the RTP/I40 submarket.
