Lease Renewals
Hibbett Sporting Goods renewed its lease for 5,200 square feetin the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6021 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, SC. DRE’s Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in North Hampton Market include: Target, Panera Bread, Kay Jewelers, Wingstop, Great Clips, OneMain Financial and Dollar Tree.
Planet Beach Tanning renewed its lease for 2,100 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square located at 3415 Westgate Drive in Durham, NC. Neil and Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in South Square include: Firestone, Great Clips, Modern Nails, Office Depot, Petco, and Ross Dress for Less.
OneMain Financial Group renewed its lease for 1,625 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at 3511 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham, NC. Teitsma and Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Patterson Place include: Total Wine, DSW, Music & Arts, Weight Watchers and Panera Bread.
