Executive at VF Corp Profits $4.5 Million by Exercising Stock

An executive at VF Corp., Scott Baxter, has profited $4.5 million through the sale of exercised common stock of the company.

Baxter exercised 55,336 shares of common stock at a price of $18.72 and 34,486 shares at $23.89 and sold them at prices ranging from $71.02 to $71.25.

He owns 39,694 shares worth more than $2.8 million.

VF Corp. is an apparel, footwear and accessories company that owns lifestyle brands such as Vans, The North Face, Wrangler, and Lee.

Baxter joined VF Corp. in 2007 and has served as vice president, VF Corp. and group president of outdoor and action sports Americas since 2016.

VF Corp. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol, VFC.

The stock is currently trading at $71.98, up 1.66 percent from market open.
