Liberty Property Trust Completes Two New Leases and One Renewal in the Triangle

Liberty Property Trust today announced it has brought two new tenants into its Raleigh-Durham portfolio, absorbing a total of 64,320 square feet of space at two locations. It also completed one renewal totaling 62,400 square feet.

“The Raleigh-Durham market has been very active throughout 2017,” said Bryan Blythe, vice president of leasing and development for Liberty. “We have reached nearly full occupancy with fourteen new and renewal leases in the market since January, and we continue to seek new opportunities across the region.”

The most recent activity includes the following agreements:

Silecte LLC signed a new lease for 32,000 square feet of space in Keystone Business Park at 627 Distribution Drive. Bryan Everett of CBRE represented the tenant. Ed Brown and Daniel Herring of NAI Carolantic represented Liberty.

In the Imperial Center, an undisclosed tenant has signed a new lease for 32,320 square feet of space at Regent Place (1000 Parliament Court.) Kent Honeycutt and Ken Ashley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Clay Stober and Matt Winters of Tri Properties represented Liberty.

In Keystone Business Park, AGS has renewed its lease of 62,400 square feet of space at 619 Distribution Drive. Ed Brown and Daniel Herring of NAI Carolantic represented the tenant and Bryan Blythe represented Liberty in this transaction.
