Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 13.77 acres located within Wingo Park at 2725 New Cut Road in Greenville, South Carolina.
Becknell Industrial purchased the land from Wingo Properties for $754,600 as an investment. The site included a pad for up to approx. 170,000 square feet. Becknell remains committed to the Upstate and believes with this acquisition they can continue to meet the demands for industrial users. Becknell intends to break ground this fall on a new spec building at Wingo Park.
