On behalf of H&H Warehouse Corporation, Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of theirmodern, single-story 136,296 sq. ft. industrial facility on 11.75 acres located at 206 US Highway 58 South in Kinston, North Carolina.

The property was purchased by EZ-Flo International, Inc., a distributor of Eastman premium plumbing products soldto wholesale, retail and other licensed resellers. The company plans to use the facility for distribution and warehousing. “We are very excited to have this new facility added to our warehousing footprint. The additional capacity will greatly benefit to our continued growth as a company and the servicing of our customers. The facility will provide materials to some of our largest customers as well as providing crossdocking capacity for other warehouses in the region. The facility is located approximately one-quarter mile south of four-lane US Highway 70. The KinstonCommercialAirport is located approximately 20 minutes west of the building.
