CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that current Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, William G. Stiehl, will assume the additional position of Acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stiehl will succeed current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Carol P. Lowe, who will depart the Company on October 31, 2017.

Sealed Air is scheduled to release third quarter 2017 results at 7:00 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 and will host a conference call and webcast later that morning at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Mr. Peribere, Ted L. Doheny, Chief Operating Officer and CEO-Designate, and Mr. Stiehl will conduct the investor conference call.
