NAPCO Acquires Vulcan Information Packaging


NAPCO, a leading specialty packaging provider, founded in 1977, announced today it has agreed to acquire the assets of Vulcan Information Packaging (including, a division of EBSCO Industries. Vulcan (VIP) will operate as an independent subsidiary of NAPCO under their current leadership team in their current facility in Vincent, AL.

Founded in 1947, VIP (along with remains at the forefront of the custom information packaging and loose-leaf binder industry by providing superior products and services.
