Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Negotiates Eleven Transactions Totaling 32,794 SF

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of the following eleven transactions totaling 32,794 square feet of new and renewed commercial space throughout the Hampton Roads market.

New Transactions

AtCoastal leased 7,280 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Commons located at 582 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Va. Elizabeth Paasch and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Bryant and Stratton College leased 6,480 square feet of industrial space in the Oceana East Industrial Park located at 564 Central Drive in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Liberty Source leased 6,000 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Building 270 located at 92 Patch Road in Fort Monroe, Va. Napolitano and Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Virginia Sports Hall of Fame Foundation leased 2,724 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 249 Central Park Avenue office building in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The leasing team of Vivian Turok, Krista Costa and Michael Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Patriot Tours and Provisions leased 1,875 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Building 24 located at 1 Ruckman Road in Fort Monroe. Napolitano and Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Smashburger leased 1,850 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Va. David Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include: DSW, Ross Dress for Less, T.J.Maxx, Marshall’s, ULTA, Value City Furniture, Michael’s, Rack Room Shoes, Panera and Kirklands.

Lendmark Financial Services leased 1,724 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Tanglewood Pavilions located at 3855 Conlon Way in Elizabeth City, NC. Redmond and David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants at Tanglewood Pavilions include: Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Kay Jewelers, Rack Room Shoes, Cato Fashions, Sleepy’s, AT&T, and Regal Nails.

Professional Personnel Service leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Freedom Plaza located at 148 Burnetts Way in Suffolk, Va. Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. With the leasing of this space, Freedom Plaza is now 100 percent occupied.

Lease Renewals

Firehouse Subs renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of retail space in Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake. Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Owl Incorporated renewed its lease for 1,066 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harbour Centre located at 2 Eaton Street in Hampton, Va. Aiya Williams renewed her lease for 395 square feet of office space in Harbour Centre, as well. DRE’s Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the two lease negotiations.
