Fisher Phillips announced today that Mason G. Alexander and Kevin J. Dalton, partners in the Charlotte office, have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2018®. This is Alexander’s 12th year and Dalton’s fourth year being included on the list.

Biographical Information: Mason Alexander
Mason G. Alexander is the managing partner of the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. He graduated from the University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Alexander has practiced labor and employment law exclusively for nearly 30 years, including the areas of union campaigns, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, union avoidance and policy reviews. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina and South Carolina and is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina. In addition he is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers. He has also been listed in Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2008 and in The Best Lawyers in America since 2006.
Biographical Information: Kevin Dalton
Kevin Dalton is a partner in the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. In addition to being recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers, Kevin is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for his work in “Litigation – Labor and Employment,” “Employment Law – Management,” and “Labor Law-Management.” He advises large and small businesses regarding employment-related policies, practices, and courses of action. Kevin also defends companies against claims alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. Over the course of his more than twenty years as an attorney, Kevin has also assisted employers in remaining non-union. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a Captain in the Army's JAG Corps at Fort Hood, Texas, where he prosecuted soldiers for violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and defended the Army against claims alleging discrimination and other unlawful employment practices. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina and Maryland.
