The qualified PPA Attorneys that ISS is searching for as additions to our team will have vast experience with Utility Companies procedures and practices in all fifty states and understand PURPA Purchase Power Agreements (PPA's). The qualified PPA Attorney candidates will also understand PURPA Law, rules and regulations while having connections with public staff within Public Service Commissions in same markets, areas and states where ISS is conducting business and must be instrumental in securing PPA contracts for our projects in development. For the experienced PPA Attorneys that ISS secures and hires the individuals will have a position whereby they control their own destiny and become as wealthy as they choose only by the amount and quality of contracts that they deliver to the company.

The New PPA Attorneys if qualified and able to secure and deliver financeable contracts for all of ISS's current projects will become financially secure beyond their wildest dreams due to an Attorney Incentive plan comprised of multiple components, 1) Base Salary, 2) Huge profit share from project sales, and 3) long term 40 year residual income from power revenue generated by the projects.
