Finacity and DZ Bank Facilitate a USD 155M Receivables Securitization for Alliance One International

STAMFORD, Conn., June 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Finacity Corporation and DZ Bank AG announce they have successfully launched a trade receivables securitization for Alliance One International (NYSE:AOI). The facility allows for up to USD 155 million in funding.

Finacity provided analytic support, co-structured the transaction and serves as the ongoing Transaction Administrator. DZ Bank co-structured and serves as the ongoing Agent for the transaction, which was funded via Autobahn Funding (DZ Bank sponsored ABCP conduit) and Finacity Capital Management.
