CBRE Inc. has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of INQ@2401, a 165,000-sq.-ft. office building conveniently located close to I-485 and just off I-74 at 2401 Sardis Road North in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building, owned by a partnership between DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital Partners, recently signed Verizon Wireless, which will occupy 90,000 sq. ft. The building still offers 72,250 sq. ft. of leasable space.

Joe Franco, CBRE Senior Vice President, and Stephanie Spivey, CBRE Associate, both out of the Charlotte office, will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital Partners. Mainstreet Capital Partners manages the building.
