RE/MAX Realtor Adam Lindsay Commemorates 5th Anniversary

6/11/17

As a Realtor, Lindsay services not only Raleigh, but Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill and the greater Triangle area. As a Raleigh resident, he is passionate about enhancing the community. Lindsay regularly heads and sponsors a team to participate in the Susan G. Komen Triangle Race for the Cure, the world’s largest, most successful fundraising and education event for breast cancer. Additionally, Lindsay supports Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, an innovative hunger-relief organization serving seven counties in and around the Triangle. He has also sponsored a charity concert to benefit the altruistic organization.

Lindsay’s dedication to the Raleigh community extends not only to its people, but to preserving its charm and history. For example, he acquired a more-than-100-year-old home in the historic Caraleigh Mills area that was in foreclosure and in terrible condition, needing extensive structural and cosmetic repairs.

However, he plans on keeping the home and not selling it because “I don’t want to risk someone changing or altering the original charm of the home,” concluded Lindsay. “Most people probably would have knocked it down, but I felt it was important to maintain the character of the home and restore it to its original charm.”
