Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following lease renewal in Durham, North Carolina.

Bridgestone Retail Operations renewed its lease for 15,259 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square located at 4126 University Drive in Durham. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Target, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, Merle Norman, Wells Fargo, Gamestop, and Great Clips. DRE’s Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
