Anthony & Sylvan Pools has announced that Mike Exum joined the company as a construction manager in the Charlotte division. With more than a decade of leadership experience in management, Exum brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and sales experience to the company.

Exum’s expertise in management, staff motivation and customer satisfaction are indispensable assets for leading one of the company’s highest growth divisions. As construction manager, he will directly oversee construction operations, ensuring the high-quality work that keeps Anthony & Sylvan at the forefront of the market.

Prior to Anthony & Sylvan, Exum worked in multiple senior management positions in the Charlotte area. Exum earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from The College of Charleston.
