Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following leases, totaling 2,820 square feet of retail space, in North Carolina.

Cricket Wireless leased 1,220 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4215 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below, Petco and Moe’s Southwest Grill. DRE’s Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Olde World Bakery leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Cornelius Shops located at 20124 West Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, NC. The startup bakery joins other tenants in the shopping center, including Waffle House, Bottled & Tapped and Natural White. Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
