The two-story home plans from M/I’s new Manor Collection are designed for couples and families who want a generously sized home for active family life and entertaining. Plans range from 3,592 to 5,288 square feet. They start with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, but homeowners can add one or two more bedrooms and several more bathrooms to their plan if they like. Each plan can accommodate up to 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for a large family. A limited number of homesites will have basements.
The exteriors are brick on all sides with optional accents of stone or Hardie Plank siding. Storage is plentiful in the two-car side entry garage with third car option. One plan features the master bedroom suite on the main floor.
Hardwood floors flow through much of the main level in these open layouts. Kitchen options include stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and extra counter and cabinet space. Other popular amenities to add are coffered ceilings in the family room and covered porches. All plans have 10-foot ceilings on the main floor and 9 foot on the second floor for an airy, wide-open feeling.
Residents will enjoy a pool, cabana, dual tennis court, volleyball court, and playground for small children. Half the community will be permanently preserved common space, providing a place for relaxing evenings and neighborhood gatherings. Reedy Creek Park divides the property and is in walking distance of every home. Schools serving Blume include Patriots Elementary, Hickory Ridge Middle and Hickory Ridge High. Pre-construction pricing will start in the high $300s.
