Anthony & Sylvan Pools, the premier in-ground swimming pool and spa builder in the United States, announced its 2016 year-end rankings to recognize employees who have excelled during the past year. In the Charlotte area, three were recognized for their outstanding work in 2016.

• Ray Kennedy earned the firm’s Top Customer Service Project Management spot.
• Brian Syvrud earned a spot in the top five on the firm’s 2016 sales rankings.
• Wayne Ehret earned a spot in the top five on the firm’s Customer Service Project Manager rankings.
