Dunwoody is the chief executive officer of the Inverness Group Inc., a private equity investment firm based in Houston.

Dunwoody, who is also a member of Raleigh-based Triangle Capital Corp.’s compensation committee, now owns a total of 106,278 shares.

Triangle Capital’s stock price closed Thursday at $18.59, down 0.11 percent for the day.
