Leading property management company adds Asbury Flats, Uptown Gardens to robust portfolio
RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily property management company, has taken over management of Asbury Flats and Uptown Gardens Apartments in bustling Uptown Charlotte. The two communities are owned by Raleigh, N.C.-based multifamily investment firm Chaucer Creek Capital.
The company began managing the two new boutique apartment complexes on Feb. 24. RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL also manages other apartment properties for Chaucer Creek Capital, including the luxury apartments at Mezzo1 in Charlotte’s SouthPark Neighborhood and Midwood Station, set to finish construction and open in fall 2017.
