SPX Flow Paying Former Executive Wilson $720,000 in Severance

SPX Flow Inc. is paying David Wilson, the former president of its industrial division, $724,256 in severance, according to a Form 8-K filed Feb. 22, 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

José Larios assumed the position of SPX Flow’s president of industry in January 2017, following Wilson’s Jan. 31 termination.

Larios joined the SPX Flow team in July 2015 as vice president of global original equipment sales for power and energy. He was also appointed an officer of the company in August 2016.

With over 20 years of experience in the oil, gas and energy industries, Larios spent 15 years at GE before joining the SPX Flow team.
