A Raleigh-based nonprofit affordable housing organization has filed to raise $200 million in equity and pooled investment fund interests, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Community Equity Fund XXII filed a Form D on Feb. 2, authorized by Dana S. Boole, president and CEO of the limited partnership group. It stated the fund has raised $2 million of the total $200 million offered.
The filing states a minimum investment accepted of $1 million from outside investors and $14.5 million of the proceeds will go towards fees payable to the general partner of the issuer.
