S&A Communications, a full-service integrated communications firm, has promoted Leah Brown to account executive. Brown previously worked as an account coordinator prior to the promotion. In her new role, her primary focus is to provide professional counsel and account service, and to manage client relationships.

Brown serves as the client point of contact on specific accounts, participates in and manages client meetings, and is also the editor of the North Carolina 100. In this role, Brown manages the publication’s editorial calendar and social media pages, and serves as a regular contributor.

Originally from South Portland, Maine, Brown moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 2011 to attend college. She started as an intern for S&A Communications in September 2014 before graduating from North Carolina State University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business administration.
