One Eleven Partners is pleased to announce that Chris Yeagle and Kyle Chase recently brokered the $19 million sale of Villas at Lawson Creek, a 202 unit multifamily community developed in 2009 and located in Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
One Eleven Partners brokered the transaction between the buyer, Hamilton Point Investments (Old Lyme, CT), and the seller, Graycliff Capital (Greenville, SC). This marks Hamilton Point’s first multifamily acquisition in the Greenville-Spartanburg market.
Villas at Lawson Creek is located at 9159 Asheville Highway near Interstate 26 and only minutes away from the I-85 corridor and the Westgate Mall in Spartanburg. The asset is composed of one, two and three bedroom units located in the award winning school district of Boiling Springs. Villas at Lawson Creek features a resort style swimming pool, poolside fitness center, 120” screen movie theater room, and a covered car care center.
