A Morrisville-based integrated marketing firm raised $225,000 from two investors, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Creative Allies Inc. filed the Form D on Dec. 5. Its first sale occurred on Nov. 21, and the offering is not expected to last more than one year.

The company focuses on helping celebrity and consumer brands execute marketing campaigns and engage customers, especially millennials. Working with brands and bands such as Arizona Iced Tea, Dr. Dre and Maroon 5, Creative Allies has developed a community of over 125,000 designers and a fan base of over 180,000.

It executes design contests for brands and bands to get art and also helps artists get discovered and win money. Through this exchange and its proprietary technology, the company has cultivated its community and fan base as well as strategic partnerships.

Donald Thompson, a technology executive, business strategist, author and speaker, is CEO for Creative Allies. He previously was CEO of I-Cubed, a technology company based in North Carolina that was acquired in 2014.
