Capview Partners Acquires 24 Properties for Current Offering

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capview Partners, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate investment and fund management firm, recently acquired the following single-tenant net lease retail (STNLR) properties:

  • Mellow Mushroom, TN
  • Raising Cane’s, SC
  • Caribou Coffee, MN
  • Jack in the Box Portfolio (4), AL
  • Tractor Supply, UT
  • 7-Eleven, WI


The 24 STNLR properties, totaling approximately 331,107 square feet were purchased on behalf of the Capview Partners’ current offering. With these recent purchases, Capview Partners has further diversified their portfolio by tenant, credit and geography with properties across 28 states.
