Womble Carlyle attorney Anna Mills is one of the newest members of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Board of Governors.

The NCBA Board of Governors provides leadership and governance to the NCBA while also serving as the NCBA Foundation Board of Directors. Mills will serve a three-year term on the Board.

In addition, she will continue to serve as Chair of the NCBA’s Business Law Section.

Anna Mills is a veteran corporate attorney who serves as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from large, multi-national companies to privately held middle market businesses. Mills guides clients in mergers, acquisitions, sales, corporate formations, expansions, financing, strategic investments, lending and other mission-critical commercial deals.
