SPATCO Petroleum Solutions, a wholly-owned division of SPATCO Energy Solutions, today announced it has acquired Mid South Pump Sales & Service, a Tennessee based supplier of equipment and services to the petroleum industry. Mid South is an authorized distributor of Wayne Fueling Systems and Veeder-Root petroleum equipment, operating offices in Nashville, TN and Jackson, TN. Garland Bissinger, one of two Mid South owners, will join SPATCO Petroleum Solutions.
